Zeckendorf Development’s 54-story luxury tower at 520 Park Avenue is now 30 stories tall. In a photo posted to the YIMBY Forums, the residential building is not only hovering high above its neighbors, it’s also being outfitted in its limestone facade and some of the windows are already in place.
Once complete, the Robert A.M. Stern-designed building will offer 33 condo units that will take up at least an entire floor each and average about 5,394 square feet a piece. The building will have a triplex penthouse that is rumored to debut with an asking price of $130 million, while several other apartments within the building have already made their way to our list of the city’s most expensive homes for sale at one point or another. Lavish building amenities will include a salon, sauna/steam rooms, fitness center, exercise studios, laundry rooms, wine cellar, club room, bike storage, and children’s playroom, just to name a few.
SLCE Architects is the project’s executive architect. Completion is anticipated sometime in 2017.
