(h/t Gizmodo) In just four minutes, it offers a breathtaking tour of some of the city’s biggest landmarks (Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge) and tourist draws (Times Square, Columbus Circle, One World Trade Center). But thanks to the fact that it was shot in ultra-high definition resolution—8K—the color is sharp and bright, making New York City look lovelier than ever.

When I was in New York for producing timelapse in a cold winter time, I encountered streets bustling with nightlife, non-stopping lights and subways, ferries, stream of people etc. The gigantic city, to me, was a big melting pot of all sorts of colors. So I tried to express the colors.
