Small but stylish Upper West Side studio wants $425,000

Yes, it’s tiny, but it’s well-appointed and in a good location

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Just half a block from Central Park, this civilized Upper West Side co-op is asking $425,000. Admittedly, that’s for a studio, but the location is prime, with easy access to subways, Lincoln Center, and pretty much every grocery store in New York.

The listing doesn’t offer all that much in terms of details, but the upper floor pre-war apartment looks bright and airy, with plenty of natural light. And while the kitchen is undeniably tiny (if well-appointed), the bathroom looks to be of a more regular size. There’s also a "planting terrace" that functions as a very low-budget sort of outdoor space. Monthly maintenance for the place comes in at $789.

The building itself comes with plenty of perks, including a live-in super, central laundry, bike storage, and a playroom. Pets, like sublets and guarantors, are allowed.
