Supermodel Irina Shayk already renting 150 Charles Street condo for $20,000

The Sports Illustrated model bought the pad as an investment property

Well, that didn’t take long. Just a few months after snapping up a two-bedroom condo in celebrity magnet 150 Charles Street, supermodel Irina Shayk has listed the pad for $20,000 per month, according to the New York Observer.

It’s not that surprising, though—back in 2013, Shayk told Vanity Fair that she prefers to invest her money in real estate:

Because real estate in New York is growing day by day, especially in areas in the West Village and uptown. So I prefer to invest my money in real estate because you can never go wrong with that.

And as far as investment opportunities go, 150 Charles—home to celebs like Bon Jovi and Ben Stiller, and known for the layers of secrecy and exclusivity surrounding it—is a good one.

The apartment is touted in the brokerbabble as "perfectly-proportioned and brilliantly crafted," with nearly 2,000 square feet and a landscaped terrace. The master bedroom apparently comes with "a spacious sleeping area, separate dressing area, 3 closets and a sumptuous en-suite bathroom clad with white marble, custom double vanity and radiant heated floors"; there’s also a chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room, and a slightly smaller second bedroom. Very nice, very nice.

The listing also comes with actual photos (!) of the unit, as opposed to the same old renderings of the building we’ve seen a million times before. It’s nice, if not totally inspiring—but the terrace is pretty great. Check those out below:
