Ben Shaoul's Avenue A condo is nearly complete

The building's facade has been fully revealed and move-ins might not be too far behind

Construction at the Ben Shaoul-developed condo building at 100 Avenue A is getting close to being finished. The building recently shed its scaffolding and protective netting, and the exterior was fully revealed and captured in a set of photos by EV Grieve.

The former theater-turned-luxury building will house 32 apartments, mostly one- and two-bedrooms, as well as four penthouses. Sales launched (through a rather, um, different marketing campaign) back in March with prices for the various units ranging from around $1.345 million for a one-bedroom to as high as the $2.5 million price point for two-bedroom apartments.

Building amenities will include a landscaped roof deck, a second floor garden, 24/7 doorman, and a discount to the Blink fitness center that will occupy the building’s retail space. A construction worker told EV Grieve that tenants could possibly be moving in as soon next week; we've reached out to the PR for confirmation on that front.

Update: A rep confirmed that move-in could indeed happen as soon as late September/early October if the current schedule moves along as planned.
