The simple-designed pad has gotten a price chop

The charming Upper West Side penthouse of comedian/actress Amy Schumer has gotten a $450,000 price chop and a new set of listing photos after sitting on the market for about nine months. The Trainwreck star purchased the one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom co-op at 129 West 80th Street back in September 2014 for $1.695 million before relisting it for $2.075 million. It’s now asking just $1.625 million.

Unlike its humorous owner, the place is pretty unanimated and features just slight tones of character that include two-wood burning fireplaces, built-in bookshelves, a clawfoot tub, and a large modern kitchen. The building has a lovely rooftop with beautiful views of the city, but other than that, there’s not too much else to brag about for the simplistic space. The listing was once handled by Compass but had switched over to Modlin Group about five months ago. Hopefully the home will reel in a new owner with its new price reduction.
