Did Kylie Jenner just pick up a Tribeca penthouse?

The youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan may be the new owner of a luxe Tribeca pad

The youngest member of the Kardashian clan may be calling Tribeca home. According to Tribeca Citizen, claiming knowledge from an anonymous source, Kylie Jenner is the buyer of a penthouse unit atop a pricey Leonard Street condo. The sale, which closed in mid-August (per city records), was for $7.07 million—a far cry from the penthouse’s original list price of $18.5 million.

Though the penthouse was purchased by an anonymous LLC—Leonard-Hudson LLC—a photo from Jenner’s Instagram seems to show her posing on the penthouse’s expansive terrace, with 56 Leonard Street in the background.

Here’s the Insta:

That’s obviously not confirmation of a sale—especially considering the Kardashian/Jenner family’s proclivity for buying, selling, and simply squatting in apartments around the world—but it seems pretty legit.

The apartment itself is a five-bedroom triplex that not only has that impressive terrace, but also private parking, a keyed elevator entry, and "architectural details and superior finishes that makes you feel as if you've walked into the pages of a premier magazine," per the brokerbabble. (Some of those: "concrete stairs with floating walnut treads," enormous windows, a limestone-covered master bath, and exquisite finishes everywhere.)

As an added bonus (for Kylie, anyway), the pad is only a half-mile from the apartment that her sister, Kim Kardashian, is currently occupying with husband Kanye West.
