Big reveal: $1.095M for a Bed-Stuy triplex kitted out in home tech

We got 11 responses to this week’s Pricespotter guessing game, but no one quite nailed it this time around. The closest to guessing the $1.095 million asking price was reader OzMerry who guessed $1.125 million, and commented that the place was, “lovely.” We agree.

In a second place tie, Stache and Views4Days were both $95,000 off from the right amount with the former guessing $1.19 million and the latter guessing $1 million.

Most of our readers guessed below $1 million citing the neighborhood and the location of the apartment from the nearest train—a 10-12 minute walk. While most of the commenters appreciated the triplex overall, particularly the amount of light, they rightly expressed some confusion over the layout of the apartment as it corresponds to the floorplan presented by the brokers.

As Brooklyn home prices continue to skyrocket, this particular price doesn’t come as a surprise in Bed-Stuy, and this stylish triplex will likely be scooped up sometime soon.
