Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

A charming and sunny Clinton Hill co-op on Dekalb Avenue is being offered for a price that isn’t totally ridiculous. There aren’t any details on the square footage but from the looks of things, this one-bedroom abode is quite roomy. Granted, it’s still a bit pricey at $629,000 but we’ve seen far worse.

The apartment is located within Clinton Mews, a former 20th century shoe factory, and shines bright thanks to its large windows and western exposure. The space boasts modern decor, with a living room that measures 18.5 by 12.5 feet, including the small dining space nestled into one of the corners. The kitchen is a bit more expansive and has tons lots of counter room and beautiful cherry wood cabinets, in addition to a pantry and washer/dryer unit. The large bedroom looks like it has high ceilings and a decent amount of closet space and leads onto the private balcony.
