A teaser site has launched for one of Jersey City’s newest residential projects rising along the Hudson River waterfront. The site doesn’t reveal much beyond what we already know about Park and Shore, as the pair of “ultra luxury” condo buildings are known, but there are a couple of new renderings that give a sneak peek at what interiors will look like (h/t BuzzBuzz Home).
75 Park Lane is one of the two Park and Shore buildings taking shape and is slated to stand 37 stories tall with 358 apartments ranging from studios through three-bedrooms and penthouses. Shore House, the smaller of the two buildings, will have just 71 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Prices are expected to begin at the $650,000 mark.
If the interior renderings scouted by BBH are accurate, some of the apartments will feature floor-to-ceiling windows with immaculate views of lower Manhattan. The lobby is pretty typical of a luxury building.

If you’re considering making the move across the Hudson, Jersey City is apparently the place to be. The underdog neighborhood just claimed the title for the 2016 Curbed Cup and according to Barcade brand manager Janelle Gunther, it’s family-friendly and is full of hidden gems and best-kept secrets.
