CNN news anchor Don Lemon continues to sell off condos at a Harlem building on Frederick Douglass Boulevard, where over a period of years the political pundit has owned three apartments spread over two floors. This time Lemon has sold apartment 11A, an 859-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom with Miele, SubZero, and Wolf appliances including a washer and dryer, for $969,000 according to 6sqft. Lemon first picked up the apartment in late 2014 for $867,780.
Lemon is the current owner of neighboring apartment 11B, a 1,417-square-foot three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath that he scooped up for just shy of $1.5 million in 2013. With the sale of 11A, it looks like Lemon opted against combining the two units into a larger apartment, which seems to be the wont of celebrities these days.
Lemon also formerly owned apartment 6D in the building, a 679-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom that he sold for $710,000 in 2014, $211000 over asking price. Lemon also purchased a classic Sag Harbor home for $3.1 million in August.
