This Clinton Hill one-bedroom may be on the smaller side, but it sure does seem like a great bargain considering the price and the fact that it’s located right next to Pratt Institute and a short walk away from Fort Greene Park.

Though the listing photos don’t give us a great sense of it, the brokers say the apartment offers great views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines.
