Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This Clinton Hill one-bedroom may be on the smaller side, but it sure does seem like a great bargain considering the price and the fact that it’s located right next to Pratt Institute and a short walk away from Fort Greene Park.

The co-op recently underwent a renovation and has now been fitted with new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a charming breakfast bar that has a quartz countertop. Though the listing photos don’t give us a great sense of it, the brokers say the apartment offers great views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines.

The bedroom’s rather spacious especially considering the rest of the apartment, and the bathroom here comes with a full-sized tub and Carrara marble floors. A couple of nice bonus features working in the apartment’s favor include the fact that the building it’s in is pet friendly and the low maintenance costs here include heat, hot water, and gas.
