Over two years after sales launched at the Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed condo building at 27 Wooster Street in Soho, we now have the first inside look at the eight story building. The boutique-sized condo has been in the works for nearly a decade now with the project first announced back in 2009.

Work on the condo continued to trudge along in the subsequent years with foundation work beginning in 2012. The structure topped out at the end of 2013, and was still slowly inching forward the following year. It wasn’t until the end of 2015 that building finally neared completion.

At the time that it went on the market, the building’s 16 condos were asking from $6.35 million for a 2,425-square-foot three-bedroom apartment. As of now, all the building’s apartments have sold and the massive 6,700-square-foot penthouse here closed for $26.94 million. In fact, one of the units here—a three-bedroom—is already being offered up as a $25,000/month rental.

Some of the standout features of the apartments, where the interiors were done by Thomas Juul-Hansen, are wide-plank oak flooring, the floor-to-ceiling windows, some apartments that come with private patios, and the penthouse unit here is fitted out with a 33-foot outdoor swimming pool. Now check out all the interiors below.
