Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

For what this one-bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side lacks in sunlight, it attempts to make up for in charm. The co-op is situated within a landmarked brownstone on West 82nd Street and is seeking $535,000 for all that it offers. So, what exactly does it offer? Let’s take a look.

The listing description doesn’t reveal the exact square footage, but judging from the photos, this apartment is on the smaller side. The cozy living room features an exposed brick wall and wood-burning fireplace and although there are two windows, it doesn’t look like they allow for much natural light. The narrow kitchen also embraces exposed brick along with stainless steel appliances and a generous amount of cabinetry.

The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen-sized bedroom and consists of a small nook with a tiny window. The listing also states that there is a large closet within the bedroom.

You may or may not be sold on what this apartment offers but it’s in a great location and monthly maintenance is just $639. Is it worth the asking price? Let us know what you think in the comments.
