Damn a luxury market slowdown, this beautiful Fifth Avenue penthouse is shamelessly asking $11.05 million and for good reason. For starters, it’s located within one of New York’s Emery Roth-designed buildings, which, after decades, still manage to command top dollar. The gracious apartment also has an expansive layout with some pretty stellar views.

The co-op only offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (along with two half bathrooms) but it’s many of the apartment’s other details that seek to justify the expensive price tag. The listing doesn’t specify the square footage, but it doesn’t take one to realize that this is a huge apartment. The sunny living room stretches wide and sits between the wet bar-equipped library and dining room, both equally expansive and illuminated. The photos don’t actually take us all the way into the kitchen but it looks like it’s filled with cabinet space and there is also a breakfast solarium on hand.

Naturally, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a marble-clad bathtub and sink counter along with a separate shower. Closet space definitely shouldn’t be a concern as there are more than we care to count. There’s even a bit of outdoor space to enjoy with a terrace that spans across 44 feet and offers stunning views of the city and nearby Central Park.
