Renovated Tribeca loft with rustic touches wants $1.65M

The two-bedroom condo features beamed ceilings, exposed brick, and tons of built-in storage

It may be thoroughly modern, but there’s nothing generic about this two-bedroom duplex loft, which has an dreamy rustic-industrial vibe going.

In its current incarnation, the condo’s main floor is wide open: the shiny new kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless appliances and what appear to be matching stainless countertops, while the rest of the level constitutes an expansive living area, complete with a designated “reading nook.” (While presumably not included, the weathered swing in the living room is a nice touch.)

Right now, the living room bleeds into a “media room”—an area with a television — but the space could be converted into a second bedroom, were you so inclined. There is also a huge walk-in storage closet.

The mezzanine level, meanwhile, houses the sizable master bedroom, with its lodge-like beamed ceiling and custom closets, a huge home office, and a slick master bath, which features a very deluxe-looking shower in place of a tub.

Priced at $1.469 million and “pin-drop quiet,” the loft comes with discounted cable and internet, though there is a $240 assessment until April 2019 for the roof.
