For $959,000, a minimalist Bushwick duplex with deeded parking

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment also comes with a spacious terrace

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This Bushwick condo barely makes it into the six-digit category with its $959,000 price tag, but the apartment at 794 Hart Street between Knickerbocker and Wilson avenues does come with some pretty sweet amenities for that cost.

The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment’s duplex layout divides the bedrooms for added privacy, with a full bathroom on each floor. The master bedroom has a windowed en suite bathroom, and lets out onto a 370-square-foot roof terrace. The kitchen sports a minimalist aesthetic with a stainless steel country sink, muted marble backsplash, and clean-lined cabinets. A dedicated closet for a stacked washer and dryer can also be found on the first floor.

Perhaps the apartment’s best perk is its deeded parking spot. The far-off Manhattan skyline views aren’t too bad either.
