New York City socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein has decided to part ways with her glitzy and gaudy 5,160-square-foot condo at Trump World Tower for the hefty fee of $12.95 million. Wildenstein, also known as “catwoman,” for obvious reasons, will deliver the apartment without its, um, ostentatious furniture (zebra skin couches, ostrich chairs, and more animal print interiors) that accumulated over the years.
According to the Daily Mail, after living there for nearly two decades, Wildenstein “doesn't feel comfortable” in the eight-bedroom, six-bathroom apartment after a December scuffle between her and ex-boyfriend Lloyd Klein. (h/t Page Six)
Unsurprisingly, there aren’t any photos of the actual apartment and showings before noon are a no-no but the description does promise that the “space is ready to be created to the buyer’s specifications.” Some other guarantees include lots of entertaining space, room for a “large staff kitchen” and stunning views of the city. Valet parking, 24-hour concierge, a private wine cellar, and a health center and spa are among the building’s white glove amenities.
