Most of the building’s 75 condos have sold, but a few penthouses remain

Just over two years after sales got underway at ODA New York’s warehouse-turned-condo building in Dumbo, the first set of residents are now moving in to the 75-unit building at 51 Jay Street.

Since sales launched in January 2015, 85 percent of the building’s condos have sold, and currently seven units are available on the market—three penthouses, and a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments. At the time of the sales launch, prices on the condos ranged from $875,000 to $5.15 million. Of the units currently available prices run from $2.55 million for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft-style condo and go up to $5.99 million for a four-bedroom, four-bathroom penthouse.

Among notable residents who have scooped up a pad at this development, which is located a block away from the East River waterfront, are NBA player J.J. Reddick who spent $4.25 million on a penthouse here.

Among the features residents have to look forward to include large casement windows, oak herringbone floors in the living rooms, and master bathrooms with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Amenities in the building comprise of a children’s playroom, a rooftop terrace, a residents’ lounge, and a yoga and fitness space.

Now check out some floor plans of the available units below.
