This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo satisfies the desire to live in a loft-like apartment without an absurdly hefty price tag often found on those types of apartments. The brokerbabble lauds this space as the “best deal in East Williamsburg,” but is that really true? (Probably not, but let’s take a closer look.)

Double-height ceilings add to the overall expansive feel of this 930-square-foot apartment. Both bedrooms are situated on the main floor while a set of stairs leads to the mezzanine level with a loft space, which has potential to be converted into a third bedroom or used in another capacity. (But there’s no window, so take that with a grain of salt.)

Other luxuries include a laundry room, central air conditioning/heat, and ample storage space. Monthly common charges are just $434 and a tax abatement that is in place until 2033 means taxes are just an additional $4/month.
