Word on the street is that actor Mark Ruffalo may have his sights set on an Upper West Side townhouse. The New York Post reports that the Avengers star recently toured a massive 6,900-square-foot brownstone that’s been on the market a little over a month, asking $10 million.

The huge home recently underwent a gut renovation and features six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a library, and elevator. There are 12-foot ceilings along with oak wood floors and a bi-fold glass door that opens up to the expansive garden. Several of the spa-like bathrooms are en-suite and there is a total of eight (!) walk-in closets.

And that’s not all! 18-speaker Sonos sound system is in place along with built-in Wi-Fi, security cameras, heated floors, and a laundry room. There’s also a 1,600-square-foot outdoor space with plenty of room for dining and entertaining.
