Yesterday, we wanted to know how much you thought this quirky Greenwich Village triplex with its odd layout was asking. Among the 13 comments, guesses ranged from $895,000 to a hysterical $50 million but it was Views4Days who accurately guessed the asking price of $1.1 million.
As expected, many people had gripes with the unorthodox layout. “I’m not sure what to make of this apartment. I would have preferred those ‘original to the apartment’ stairs not be the central focal point of the property,” said easternwestern. “Personally, I think someone would be crazy to pay more than a million for it, but I imagine the owner wants a return on those fancy finishes,” NYCsince1983 reasoned.
