Brooklyn’s tallest tower reveals its extensive amenity package

Boerum Hill’s Hub has always promised a sweeping set of amenities that it hopes will help the building stand out from the area’s other high-end rentals, like 300 Ashland and The Ashland. The rental building has finally delivered on that promise in the form of some 40,000 square feet of amenities designed by Povero & Company.

The amenities are called collectively Club 333, after the building’s address of 333 Schermerhorn Street, and are available to building residents only. They include a 75-foot indoor/outdoor lap pool; a gym and outdoor fitness area; a great lawn with an outdoor projector, ping-pong tables, and an outdoor shower; barbecues; a dog park; and a “sky lounge” on the building’s 53rd floor. (At 55 stories tall, the building is currently Brooklyn’s tallest.)

Gone are the days of complimentary amenity packages for residents. Renters at Hub—where studios are priced from $2,550, one-bedrooms from $3,135, and two-bedrooms from about $6,000—are able to buy a Club 333 membership for $900/year, or $750 for the year before November 1.
