What/Where: Studio with 1BA in the Upper West Side

Square Footage: 528

Taxes/Common Charges: $1,486

So yes, today’s Pricespotter apartment is a studio (update: it’s a condo!)—but at 528 square feet, it’s not a totally unworkable space. The kitchen is a decent size and comes with a breakfast bar; there’s a decent amount of closet space, including a walk-in near the bathroom; and it’s south-facing, so there’s plenty of light.

As for the location, the apartment is located on the Upper West Side, though in a part of the neighborhood that could be called Lincoln Square. It’s close to one of the busiest transit hubs in the area, and not too far from both Riverside and Central Parks.

Knowing all that, how much do you think it’s asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
