Part of a corner townhouse on Hicks Street in Brooklyn Heights, this stylish duplex apartment is now on the market for $1.79 million. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op recently underwent a renovation, but has still managed to hold on to many of its original townhouse details.

These include the exposed brick walls, the three wood-burning fireplaces, the high ceilings, the crown moldings, and the bay window in the living room.

New additions to the apartment include the state of the art appliances in the kitchen like the Sub Zero refrigerator, the Miele dishwasher, and a Gaggenau hood and range. The kitchen and dining room are on the left as you enter the apartment, on the lower level. The living room is to the right, looks out on to the street, and features a “Parisian iron spiral staircase,” that leads up the master suite.

The master bedroom comes with its own fireplace, and attached bathroom. The apartment’s second bedroom is located on the lower level, past the kitchen. Other standout features include the generous amount of closet space, and the white wood floors.
