Just a few months after closings got underway at the Zaha Hadid-designed High Line condo at 520 West 28th Street, the building is now showing off its swanky amenity spaces.
Developer Related Companies recently announced the full completion of the interiors, and with that comes images of the amenities. Chief among them perhaps is the private IMAX theater that residents of the building have access to. It’s one of the only private IMAX theaters in a residential building across the world, and in NYC, it’s the first condo building with a private IMAX screen. The theater comes with 12 seats and can also be reserved for private events for residents.
Other posh features include the 75-foot lap pool that sits under skylights in the building’s “wellness level.” Other amenities on this level include a gym, a juice bar that’s open at all hours, and a spa suite that offers access to a hot tub, a steam room, sauna, rain showers, and a plunge pool.

On the lobby level, residents will have access to an entertainment lounge with a full kitchen, a landscaped courtyard, and a private terrace that looks out on to the High Line. Finally, the building offers its residents automated valet parking. What is that you ask? Head on over to The Verge to get a sense of what that could look like.
Several of the building’s 39 apartments are still up for grabs. Among the units available, prices range from $4.97 million for a two-bedroom home, and go up to $50 million for the penthouse.
