Earlier this spring, it was announced that Bravo-lebrities Bethenny Frankel and Fredrik Eklund would be getting their own real estate-focused spin-off series, all about the highs and lows of flipping New York real estate. And while a premiere date for the show has yet to be announced, we’ve already got a sneak peek at one of the properties that will likely be featured—in the form of a two-bedroom apartment at 10 Madison Square West, which the pair just listed for $4.795 million.

Eklund first shared the listing on his Instagram (of course), and confirmed to Curbed that it will be featured on the Bravo series when it airs. He bought the pad for a little more than $3 million in March, and transferred it to an LLC in the duo’s name—“Beklund LLC”—earlier this month, at a cost of $1.545 million.

The apartment got a gut renovation courtesy of interior designer Jordan Carlyle, with “every square foot” custom-designed with a laundry list of fancy finishes. Carrara marble? Check. European kitchen appliances and cabinetry? Check. Oak flooring? Check. Even more marble in the bathrooms? Check!

In addition to all of those high-end (and yet somehow unsurprising) finishes, the apartment has some truly eye-popping perks: the master bedroom, for one, comes with a sleek walk-in closet that’s larger than some New Yorkers’ bedrooms. (If you’ve seen the closets at Frankel’s past apartments, that’ll come as no surprise.) The ceilings are high; the windows are large; all in all, it’s a pretty sweet pad.

Granted, any potential buyers will likely have to acquiesce to being featured on a reality TV series with two, uh, big personalities. But hey, people do it all the time on Million Dollar Listing, so someone will surely step up.
