Sales are now underway on Toll Brothers City Living’s swanky Tribeca condo building at 91 Leonard Street. The sales launch is accompanied by a host of new renderings for the project, which is located at the corner of Broadway and Leonard Street. The 19-story building features a mix of studios through four-bedroom apartments with prices starting at $795,000 and going up to $10.49 million.
The Skidmore Owings and Merrill (SOM) and Hill West-designed condo features a total of 111 apartments, which will come with nearly floor-to-ceilings windows, tall ceiling heights, and whitewashed oak floors, among its many design elements.
Whitehall Interiors are behind the interior design at the condo, and kitchens here will come fitted with a whole suite of Gaggenau appliances. Other finishes in the kitchen include oak cabinetry, marble countertops, blackened steel backsplashes, and brass or bronze hardware, which are a nod to Tribeca’s industrial past. Penthouse units also feature Teppanyaki griddles (could this be NYC’s newest luxury amenity addition? ). All apartments at the condo also come fitted with Bosch washers and dryers.

As for the amenities, they include an indoor pool, a steam and sauna, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, a rooftop lounge with an outdoor fireplace, and a screening room. Residents here will also have access to a lounge on the ground floor, which will come with a billiards table, and will look out onto the building’s private garden and reflecting pool.
Toll Brothers paid $73 million to acquire three buildings along Broadway in 2015 to make way for this condo. Those buildings have since been demolished and work is now underway on the residential building.
