Located in the Paulus Hook neighborhood of Jersey City, near the Hudson River, Lenox, a new 15-story rental, has now launched leasing from $2,365 per month for a studio (whoa).
The Marchetto Higgins Stieve-designed rental features a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedrooms with apartment sizes ranging from 430 square feet to 1,530 square feet. As for prices, one-bedrooms start at $2,795, two-bedrooms at $3,850, and three-bedrooms are asking from $5,620. Apartments come fitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops in the kitchen, washers and dryers in-unit, walk-in closets, and in some apartments, private terraces. The interiors here were designed by Fogarty Finger.
As for the amenities, they include a rooftop pool, automated parking, a transit screen in each ground floor elevator lobby (that’s neat!), a dog run, a cafe, a fitness center, a game room, yoga rooms, and electric-car charging stations. In addition, there’s also a 7,200-square-foot retail space on the ground floor.
The project, located at 207 Van Vorst Street, was developed by Fields Development Group, and is one of two towers that will rise across from each other in Paulus Hook. The developers wanted to offer more two, and three-bedroom units as they feel there is a paucity for the same in Jersey City. As a result, of the 255 units here, 59 are two-bedrooms, and 11 are three-bedrooms. The second tower, also a 15-story building, will bring 153 apartments to the neighborhood.
