Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

An impressive duplex loft along Broadway in Williamsburg has hit the market with a $889,000 price tag. Though the condo is only a studio, it’s a spacious one that measures 712 square feet and offers plenty of nice finishing touches.

What the apartment lacks in width, it makes up for in height with ceilings that sprawl 16 feet high. The living room is equipped with a massive exposed brick wall, light hardwood floors, and windows along a wall that also holds the entrance to the studio’s private terrace.

The kitchen features a lovely subway tile backsplash, white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. One of the apartment’s two full bathrooms sits behind the kitchen and just a few feet from the front door.

A wood and iron staircase leads up to the sleeping loft area, which is spacious enough to be considered a junior bedroom. There is another full bathroom, only this one has been given stylish frosted glass doors. There are two large closets in the apartment.

Common charges run $400/month and taxes are another $341/month.
