When it came to the site at 62-66 North Third Street in Williamsburg, developers Flatiron Real Estate Advisors along with Duke Equities and MJM Contracting Services set out to craft a project that reflected a “modern interpretation of traditional Williamsburg.”

Instead of crafting a large-scale residential development, they opted for a boutique dual-building project that would offer just 13 “family-sized” condos. SRA Architecture and Engineering was tapped for the exterior for the two buildings while Kimberly Peck was charged with handling interiors. An exclusive first look at a few interior renderings give us an idea of what the finished product will look like.

The first of the buildings is at 62 North Third where there are eight one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom condos, ranging in size from 731 to 1,996 square feet.

The second building, 66 North Third offers larger and pricier apartments. There are five full-floor units that each encompass roughly 2,000 square feet and consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Pricing in both of the buildings is expected to start around $1.1 million.

The apartments feature loft-like layouts with open concept floorplans that include living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, wide plank hardwood floors, and what appears to be cement ceilings. The contemporary kitchens are equipped with sleek built-in appliances and lengthy islands while the luxurious bathrooms boasts double vanity sinks and separate shower stalls.

Both of the buildings will offer some form of private outdoor space, which means you’ll get either a balcony or an oversized terrace with skyline views.
