If there is one thing you can count on Ditmas Park for, it would have to be its ability to continuously offer stunning Victorian homes to the market. The latest is this early 20th century abode at 776 East 18th Street in the tight-knight community of Fiske Terrace, that is asking $2.099 million.

The home dates back to 1905 and has sustained its original details, like coffered ceilings and stained glass, over time. It’s original charm doesn’t end there and also includes original pocket doors, wainscoting, decorative fireplaces, and restored inlaid wood floors.

Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t provide any photos of the kitchen, which probably warrants an assumption that some work needs to be done. Nevertheless, there kitchen space itself is massive and offers two pantries along with access to the backyard deck.

Four of the home’s six bedrooms reside on the second floor, accompanied by a sun room, a full bathroom, and an entrance to the enclosed sun porch. If you’re a fan of patterned wallpaper, the bedrooms within this home are filled with it. Two more bedrooms occupy the third floor along with storage space and a den that can function as an additional bedroom.

While the space is lovely overall, buyer beware— you may have to shell out for a few upgrades, notably in the bathrooms. Other nice perks include a garage, a lush green front yard, and a spacious backyard.
