What/Where: Studio/1BA co-op walk-up in the West Village
Square Footage: n/a
Maintenance: $745
When it comes to this light-filled studio in the West Village, it doesn’t take much to sum it up. The apartment features an uncomplicated layout and a recent renovation has merged its prewar details with contemporary style.
Upon entering the co-op, an arched entryway leads into the main living space where high ceilings and lovely crown molding create a light and airy atmosphere. In the listing photos, the room is completely open and accommodates both a couch and a bed, however, there is the ability to insert a partition for a bit of privacy. Additionally, there is a wall of oversized windows and a decorative mantle that centers the room.

The kitchen is tiny but well equipped, boasting custom cabinetry, a small stainless steel mini refrigerator, and Carrera marble countertops (for the little counter space that exists). The bathroom has been revamped with subway tiles and fancy fixtures as well as herringbone marble floors.
