West Village’s celebrity-magnet condo, 150 Charles, is now offering up its spacious maisonette—only the second time it’s been on the market since the condo building launched sales in 2013.

Spanning nearly 4,000 square feet across five levels, this condo last sold in 2015 for $10.72 million, and it’s now back on the market for $13.5 million. This expansive home opens up onto the lower level, which comes with a room currently setup as a home office/guest bedroom.

One flight of stairs up leads you to living/dining room, which in some sections features 16-foot-tall ceilings. The kitchen, also on this floor, comes fitted with a bunch of swanky appliances including ones by Wolf and SubZero. Additionally the kitchen features Moletini cabinets, Alabama white marble countertops, and a wine refrigerator.

Most of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom, are located on the top floor, and all the bathrooms here have radiant heated floors. Aside from all of that, some of the other notable features of the condo include the 250-square-foot private garden, and triple-paned casement windows. Seeing as it is part of the 150 Charles condo complex, residents in the maisonette also have access to a fitness center, a 75-foot pool, a steam room, and a yoga studio, among others.
