Mike Myers’ Soho penthouse is back on the marker, albeit with a significant price cut. After purchasing it in 2007 for just under $8 million, Myers first listed the sprawling 4,204-square-foot apartment in 2015 for just under $17 million.

A few months later, he added another unit in that building into the overall sale, and was asking $21.5 million for the combo. But that too did not snag a buyer, and now the penthouse has reappeared a couple of years later for $13.95 million (without the additional unit).

This three-level home features four bedrooms, and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The living room comes fitted with a fireplace on one end and a wall of custom-crafted bookshelves on the other. The adjacent kitchen is fitted with maple and aluminum cabinetry, and stone counters. A skylight located above the main staircase also fills this space with light.

The bedrooms are located a floor below this. The landscaped roof offers multiple seating areas and boasts great views of the city. Do you think this price cut will finally help Myers find a buyer?
