What/Where: A 1BR/1BA condo in the East Village

Square Footage: 565 square feet

Common Charges: $958

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom in the East Village may be small but it’s been given finishes that allow for an airy feel. The open-concept floorplan includes high ceilings, white hardwood floors, and a wall-encompassing living room window that brings in plenty of natural light.

The kitchen features built-in stainless steel appliances along with sleek white cabinets and there is even room to create a dining area, if you don’t mind eating within close proximity to the front door.

The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which means there are pros and cons: your late-night trips to the bathroom requires only a few steps, however, all your house guest must enter through the bedroom to access the bathroom.

So, all that said, how much do you think this apartment is asking? Let us know in the comments below.
