The apartment has good storage space along with plenty of natural light

Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

According to the brokerbabble, this spacious one-bedroom in Prospect Heights should “check off all the boxes on your wish list.” While that statement is rather dramatic, we have to agree that this place is pretty nice and the $550,000 asking price is fairly reasonable.

There is an unusual floorplan going on here but somehow it works. The living/dining room features high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a decorative fireplace along with two windows that bring in a plethora of natural light. The windowed kitchen has a modest design with white cabinets and a washer/dryer machine.

In the bedroom, there are two more windows that allow for a light-filled atmosphere and there is a large walk-in closet just before the full bathroom.

The co-op has a total of three closets so there is a decent amount of storage space on hand, along with the option to utilize the basement’s additional storage room. Monthly maintenance will run you $681.
