The Lindley, the 20-story condo taking shape on Third Avenue in Murray Hill, launched sales for its 74 apartments back in June. While the building is still under construction, installation of its facade and windows is close to completion, and a new sales gallery for the project has been unveiled.

The developer, CBSK Ironstate, tapped iconic furniture company Design Within Reach to add some of its classic furnishings to the sales gallery. The brand collaborated with Rawlings Architects on the project, kitting out the units with recognizable pieces (hello, Eames recliner). DWR is also working with the architects on the design of the building’s lobby and common spaces, so it was a natural pairing for the sales gallery.

The building’s design-forward apartments feature minimalist, open-concept layouts with walnut-colored wood floors, high ceilings, open kitchens with built-in appliances, and more.

For the exterior, Rawlings took a more classic approach; the facade is made up of bricks in varying sizes and patterns, while large casement windows add a contemporary touch and fill the apartments with natural light.

Construction is expected to wrap sometime in the spring of 2018.
