In 2013, developer Mocal Enterprises announced plans to convert a building next to the Ace Hotel, in Nomad, into luxury rentals. Last year, that same developer decided to take his building condo. Now six apartments in the building have come on the market, asking from $2 million and upward.

The Centurian Building, as this development is known, is located 1182 Broadway, and features a total of 39 apartments. At present, the developer has only completed work on converting six of the units, but the rest are set to follow in the coming months.

Condos in this 16-story Beaux Arts building range in price from $2 million to $5 million. This current crop of apartments comes in one and two-bedroom variants. Some of the standout features in the apartments include 10-foot-tall ceilings, radiant heated floors, recessed lighting, and the custom moldings.

Amenities in the building include a furnished roof deck, a bike room, and a 24-hour doorman. Douglas Elliman’s Roger Erickson and Keyan Sanai are the sales and marketing agents on the project.
