Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Yesterday a charming one-bedroom on Monroe Place, in Brooklyn Heights, came on the market for $550,000. Now another cute apartment, just a block away from the Monroe Place one, is on the market for $589,000.

This light-filled one-bedroom is part of a co-op building on Henry Street. This unit has a very similar layout to the one on Monroe Place, but has comparatively larger windows than its Monroe Place counterpart, which makes the Henry Street apartment seem more airy.

The kitchen in this apartment recently underwent a renovation, and has now been fitted with stainless steel appliances and additional storage space. Some of the other standout features in this apartment include the high ceiling heights, the built-in bookshelves in the living room, and the large bedroom, which comes with two closets.

Do you prefer the Henry Street co-op over the one on Monroe Place? Sound off in the comments below and let us know.
