Field Condition stopped by the recently completed Greenwich Lane development—a transformation of the former St. Vincent’s Hospital complex in the West Village—and snagged several photos of the multi-building complex.
Developed by the Rudin family and Global Holdings, Greenwich Lane is comprised of five buildings and five townhouses. Overall the development features 200 units, and as of June this year, only six units were still left on the market including a $25 million townhouse.
Sales launched back in 2013, and over the last few years, apartments here have been scooped up by several notable names including Michael Kors, Tamara Mellon, Michael C. Hall, and most recently Jon Bon Jovi.

Field Condition managed to snap photos not just of the exteriors of this FXFOWLE-designed complex, but also of the interiors, which were designed by Thomas O’Brien.
The development is also notable for a large interior courtyard designed by M. Paul Friedberg & Partners, that connects all the buildings, and a public park outside the development that now houses the city’s AIDS memorial. Head on over to Field Condition for more images of the development.
