What/Where: A studio co-op in Hell’s Kitchen

Square Footage: 550 square feet

Monthly Maintenance: $1,187

This alcove studio in Hell’s Kitchen has a simple layout along with a low-frills design. It measures 550 square feet and has hardwood floors that run throughout. The living room features a wall of windows that invite in tons of natural light and the small sleeping area is sectioned off by a wall that has been installed.

The kitchen has been renovated and now features a new oven, stove, and dishwasher. There is a dressing room on hand along with three modest-sized closets, so storage space isn’t in short supply.

So, how much do you think this co-op is asking? Let us know in the comments below.
