One of Jersey City’s latest luxury developments, a 41-story rental building designed by Arquitectonica and named Ellipse, is officially home to the neighborhood’s most expensive rental.

Penthouse Five, a four-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom abode that encompasses 2,300 square feet has hit the market for a whopping $10,995/month. The apartment is one of five pricey penthouses but is no doubt the most luxurious among them and occupies a corner of the oblong-shaped building’s top floor. Its features include a huge living and dining room space, hardwood oak floors throughout, and floor-to-ceiling windows that give view to the Hudson River and Manhattan’s skyline.

The renderings only give a glimpse of what the space offers, however, it’s been finished with details that include dual-toned cabinetry, white quartz surfaces, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer machine.

Living here also ensures you access to the building’s myriad of amenities that include a fitness center, game room, an outdoor pool, co-working space, and children’s playroom.
