What/Where: A 1BR/1BA condo in Harlem

Square Footage: 715 square feet

Common Charges: $450

In Harlem, this renovated condo with lots of exposed brick offers a spacious layout. Upon entering, hardwood floors lead you into the open living room with high ceilings and two oversized windows. The petite kitchen sits nearby and comes with stainless steel appliances, decent counter space, and a modest amount of cabinets.

The bedroom is simply designed, with just two large windows and a small closet. There is a washer/dryer on hand and another closet in the living room for additional storage space. A private terrace gives a bit of an outdoor escape and St. Nicholas Park is located about two blocks away.

All that said, how much do you think this apartment is asking? Let us know in the comments below.
