The petite kitchen sits nearby and comes with stainless steel appliances, decent counter space, and a modest amount of cabinets.

The bedroom is simply designed, with just two large windows and a small closet. There is a washer/dryer on hand and another closet in the living room for additional storage space. A private terrace gives a bit of an outdoor escape and St. Nicholas Park is located about two blocks away.
