Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

A cozy studio in South Williamsburg that gets plenty of light thanks to its massive windows is now on the market for $699,000. Located on South 2nd Street, the apartment opens up into a spacious living room, which comes with 14-foot-tall ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room is big enough to fit a couch, some additional chairs, and a dining table that can comfortably seat four.

The kitchen, located parallel to the front door of the apartment, comes with marble countertops, wooden cabinetry, GE appliances, and a Bosch dishwasher. Also on this floor are a large closet, a washer and dryer, and the apartment’s only bathroom.

The bedroom is located up a flight of stairs, and despite it not having a window, the space gets a good amount of light seeing as the apartment is a loft. The architect on this unit has even managed to carve out a tiny space for a home office on the upper level.

Residents of the building this 615-square-foot unit is in, also have access to a shared roof deck, and monthly maintenance charges run low due to a tax abatement that’s in place until 2031.
