Hillary Swank called this townhouse home for a while in the mid-2000s

Corcoran.

The one-time West Village home of actress Hillary Swank sold to the president of Macy’s, property records reveal. Swank lived in the townhouse for four years between 2002-2006, and ultimately sold it for just over $7 million in 2007.

The most recent owners, Clyde and Summer Anderson, put the townhouse on the market in June for $12 million. It sold last week for $10.5 million, according to property records, to Harry A. Lawton III.

The lovely, four-story house measures 3,736 square feet, and comes with three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The house dates back to 1889, but you wouldn’t be able to tell from all the modern finishings in the house including a new gas fireplace, limestone flooring in the kitchen, and the steel casement doors that lead into the garden.

That planted garden has ivy-covered walls, and the possibility for a good amount of outdoor seating. The bedrooms are all located on the top two floors and the master suite takes up an entire floor here, and has a large master bathroom and a walk-in closet. The new owners definitely have a lot to look forward to.
