This one-bedroom skips all the bells and whistles but is still quite lovely

Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom co-op isn’t bedecked in the most extravagant of details but it’s a pretty spacious apartment and it’s asking $725,000, which isn’t terrible given its location along East 57th near Second Avenue.

The apartment’s foyer has been furnished with a wood storage center that occupies one side of the hallway that leads into the spacious living room. There are high ceilings and a plethora of natural light fills the room thanks to a wall of windows that provide stunning views of the Manhattan’s skyline.

There is a sizable dining room just before you reach the kitchen. Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t provide photos of the kitchen, which could be a sign that it isn’t exactly in top-notch shape.

The bedroom is a chock-full of patterns and prints that include floral wallpaper and colorful carpeting. This room looks out onto the private balcony that is large enough to accommodate a small table with a couple of chairs and is accessed via the living room.
