In February, exterior work wrapped up on the Helmut Jahn-designed condo building at 50 West Street, in the Financial District. Now the developer behind the project, Time Equities, Inc. has unveiled the 64-story tower’s plethora of amenities, and we have photos of some of these spaces below.

The amenities are divided into four distinct spaces. The water club here comes with a 60-foot mosaic-tiled pool, a jacuzzi, a marble-clad steam room, a cedar-lined sauna, and “experiential showers” that come with audio and lighting effects.

The fitness center at 50 West comes equipped with a yoga studio, a spin studio, and a golf simulator, apart from all the usual equipment in a gym. There are several spa treatment rooms that are part of the fitness center as well.

There’s an entire floor dedicated to entertainment spaces, and these include a demonstration kitchen, a game room, a library, a private theater that seats 18 people, and a children’s playroom, among others.

At 734 feet above ground, the building offers up an observation deck for its tenants, with views of the city all around. Finally, the building has an outdoor terrace with gas barbecues, dining areas, and a kitchen. Helmut Jahn worked on the exteriors of the building, while all of the interiors have been done by Thomas Juul-Hansen.

Sales at 50 West have been open for a few years now. Among currently available units, prices range from $2.43 million, and go up tp $24.54 million.
