A penthouse in one of Noho’s historic cast-iron buildings has hit the market for $5.995 million, and it comes with the dubious distinction of having party girl Paris Hilton as a neighbor—the heiress purchased a two-bedroom duplex on the building’s second floor for $4.9 million back in 2014.
This particular penthouse unit is one of just four residences in the building; the three-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex was reimagined by Karl Fischer, with interiors by Andres Escobar and encompasses 3,188 square feet.
A direct elevator leads into the open “great room” where there are high ceilings, wide-plank oak floors, oversized windows, and a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace surrounded by Calcutta marble and custom LED cove lighting. The adjacent open kitchen has custom cabinets and high-end appliances that include a wine refrigerator and an espresso machine.

The master suite also occupies the main floor and features two closets along with an incredibly fancy bathroom—it comes, for example, with a built-in television. The lower level has two smaller bedrooms, a laundry room, a bathroom, and five (!) closets.
