Greenwich Village gains another boutique rental building

The sleek red brick building offers just four luxury apartments

Greenwich Village just added another boutique residential building to its growing tally. An unassuming mixed-use building at 78 West 3rd Street offers just four luxury apartments along with commercial space within its simple design.

Original red brick and copper with large windows does the trick for the exterior appearance. The interiors give off an industrial-chic vibe with exposed vents, beamed ceilings, exposed brick, and sleek kitchens. The apartments range in size, with two one-bedrooms renting between $4,250 and $4,350, a two-bedroom is going for $6,795/month, and a three-bedroom is a hefty $10,000/month.

The apartments are pricey but this is the Greenwich Village and its prime location helps drive the value up. Washington Square Park is just a block away and a short walk to West 4th Street gets you to seven different subway lines.

So far, there is no word on who will occupy the commercial space.
